Request for intrinsic value calculator tool in ResearchAnalyst

No Intrinsic Value calculations and valuations present in the current version in the ResearchAnalyst module

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Implement the following valuation measures -
- discounted cashflow
- discounted net income
- DCF terminal value
- mean price to earnings ratio without NRI
- mean price to book ratio
- price to sales growth ratio
- price to earnings growth ratio

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The Research Analyst should generate a table of intrinsic values using the methods outlined above. Intrinsic value calculations are essential in investing and trading, and including them will help position this tool as a go-to resource for financial analysis.
