Don't remove comments when formatting

If, for example, in the command-line I execute `pddl problem problem.pddl` the formatted file will have the comments removed

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like to have the comments to be kept where they are. Maybe add a command-line option for this if the default desired behavior is to remove the comments
