[FR] Please create a separate repo for `tpu-info`

Hey there
Thank for creating `tpu-info`
Is it possible for you to create a separate repo for `tpu-info`?

the current live installation command is so dirty:
`pip install git+https://github.com/google/cloud-accelerator-diagnostics/#subdirectory=tpu_info`

it's better to do:
`pip install git+https://github.com/google/tpu_info` or some other short github path
