描述

We have the launchpad indexer in the apps/nestjs-indexer using the apibara v1.

We need to add the v2 upgrade of the launchapd indexer in the apps/indexer-v2

Do theses upgrade in the apps/indexer-v2/indexers/launchpad-v2.indexer.ts

All old functions are in the apps/nestjs-indexer/src/indexer/*.

We already started, we have some timeout functions etc to fix and verify all state and data after buy/sell
