Swadgepass Browser: Fairy Fountain

## Summary
Spiritual successor to Atrium to browse the swadgepasses found in a "fairy fountain" like setting.

## Technical Spec
Similar to Atrium, it will pull the Swadgepass list and display random profiles on each browser screen.
I expect to use:
LEDs, buttons, speaker (duh)
Possibly swipe controls via the touchpads for navigation, zoom, maybe some environmental effects?
Reach: RTC to change time of day or something in the setting
Reach: a large setting (maybe, 2x2 screens worth?) that shows all fairies depending on where you look. lets see how the S3 can handle it.
Reach: shake for a snowglobe effect or some other disruption of the scene, maybe a great fairy easter egg?

## UI
Kaitie mentioned a fairy fountain concept sketch from theme team. The fairies will float around on screen and will be selectable, possibly with a pointer similar to how chowa grove was done.
The fairies will trace small patterns in the air, I don't know if they will be quasi-random or like, predetermined paths.
It will display similar cards as Atrium did, likely with a reskin. TBD if we use the swadgesonas or some other profile type.
Fairies will be colored by team, and may have some defining characteristics (wing shape, a hat, etc) to discern them.
