Investigate Support for Microsoft MakeCode

Investigate whether it's possible to use an existing swadge as a target for [MakeCode](https://arcade.makecode.com/) and document the procedure. Also investigate loading this alongside existing firmware.

Biggest issue will likely be the screen, depending on how configurable screen size is. Multiplayer support would also require a bit of modification to support ESP or wired USB serial if that isn't included by default. Network support is optional though so this isn't a hard requirement, at least to get it working.
