Swadge Land: Scrollstop unlocks snap to new position

The transition from old to new screen position when scrollstops unlock is jarring and feels like a glitch to the user.

Currently, the behavior is to snap to the new position. I propose having the screen slowly pan from the old to new position over the course of a second or two.
