This epic aims to set up a new Ledgers installation and expose the necessary REST interface to interact with the core banking system (Ledgers). The goal is to provide a simple REST interface without access control, which will allow basic banking operations to be performed using Postman scripts. This will enable us to use Ledgers as a test system for our open banking application.
