Create a Collector Page (QR Code Scan Page)

**Description**
Implement a page that allows the agent to scan the QR code from the client’s app.

**Requirements**
- Use the device camera to scan QR codes.
- Extract the transaction details from the QR code (Account ID and Amount).
- Display the extracted information before confirming the transaction.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- The camera should open when the page loads.
- Scanning a valid QR code should display the correct transaction details.
- Errors should be shown for invalid QR codes.
