Add Pre-notification in Agent Upgrade/Update Active Response Script

## Description
Implement a pre-notification feature in the **Wazuh Agent Upgrade/Update Active Response Script**. This feature will notify users before the upgrade or update process begins, ensuring they are aware of the upcoming changes and can prepare accordingly.

## Definition of Ready
- [x] The requirements for the pre-notification feature are clearly defined.
- [x] All necessary resources (e.g., development environment, access to the script) are available.
- [x] Stakeholders have reviewed and approved the feature request.
- [x] The development team has the capacity to start working on this feature.

## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] A notification is sent to users to inform them of a new released version and asks them to update.
- [ ] From the notification we can either launch the upgrade and ask to be reminded later
- [ ] The user is reminder of the update/upgrade at a frequent rate, until the agent is up to date
- [ ] The feature is integrated in the complete workflow
- [ ] The feature is tested and verified to work in various environments. (Linux, MacOs)

## Tests
- [ ] User acceptance testing (UAT) is conducted to validate the feature from an end-user perspective.

## Definition of Done
- [ ] Code is reviewed and merged into the main branch.
- [ ] Documentation is updated to include information about the pre-notification feature.
- [ ] All tests (unit, integration, UAT, performance) pass successfully.
- [ ] The feature is deployed to the production environment.
- [ ] Stakeholders are informed of the successful implementation and deployment.
