**Description:**
Perform hands-on installation and validation across all three supported platforms (Linux, macOS, Windows). Confirm expected behaviors such as agent detection, OTA updates, and service auto-start.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Run local install for Linux using systemd
- [ ] Run local install for macOS using launchctl
- [ ] Run local install for Windows using Services / Task Scheduler
- [ ] Confirm service launches at boot
- [ ] Confirm agent status is reported accurately
- [ ] Simulate OTA update and validate behavior
**Definition of Done:**
- [ ] All 3 platforms tested with successful agent monitoring and update behavior
- [ ] Functional issues noted and discussed or addressed
