**Description**: Here we will implement a notification system to inform developers about the successful or failed generation of release notes and tag notes.
**Tasks**:
- Determine the preferred communication channels for notifications (e.g., email, messaging platform).
- Integrate the notification system into the automation scripts.
- Configure notifications for successful runs and alerting for failures.
