Deploy the "image-upgraded" helm chart to dev

Use cmd on gcloud or your bash to access the GKE and deploy the helm chart there to dev (or to your wtv ns). Goal is to test.

If you ran it on your private ns, delete it afterwards, after confirming everything works great. A demo session with @marcjazz will be helpful to confirm it's working!

You should run it on the dev ns only if you're sure it'll work.

At the end, we'll use terraform to apply it back again.
