A form would be used to pick user's scans. It'll be made up of:
- A list of thumbnails of scanned images (with a plus – "+" at the end, to scan more images)
- A list of thumbnails of pictures (with a plus – "+" at the end, to scan more images)
- A free key-value for adding custom/random data
