date_modified__ltefilter to the XOS Works API while the updater is running
Details
In the off chance that the Works API gets updated while the public API updater is running, the list will offset and we could see missed/duplicate items.
Let's set the date_modified__lte to the datetime that the updater started running to avoid this.
