Description

## Motivation
A participant said they would create a dummy meeting just to explore the new Conclave update, suggesting that new features are not easy to discover or understand in-product.

## Proposal
Create a better way to advertise and introduce newly released Conclave features, with particular attention to:

- **Ideation/discussion workflows:** make it clear that participants can use Conclave to capture ideas and turn them into structured GitHub issues for review.
- **Invite features:** surface and explain meeting invite capabilities so users know how to bring others into a meeting.

## Potential approaches
- Add a lightweight **“What’s new”** entry point or release highlights.
- Show contextual onboarding/tooltips when a relevant feature is first available.
- Provide a short, discoverable feature guide or in-product walkthrough.
- Consider a demo/exploration mode that avoids requiring users to create a dummy meeting solely to find features.

## Acceptance criteria
- Users can discover recently added features without needing to create a test meeting.
- The ideation-to-GitHub-issue workflow and invite functionality are clearly surfaced or documented.
- The approach is lightweight and does not disrupt active meetings.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the meeting UI and existing onboarding or release-highlight surfaces, then determine how to expose ideation-to-GitHub-issue and invite features without disrupting active meetings; done means users can discover and understand both workflows without creating a dummy meeting.
