DELETE /todos/:id is not deleting items

描述
The delete route accepts an :id parameter, but the code inside attempts to destructure todoId from req.params. Since the parameter names don't match, the ID is undefined and nothing gets deleted. Expected Behavior: The code should use req.params.id to match the route definition
