Description
添加配置同步功能，如果用户登录了github账号，可在获取用户授权的情况下在用户的github账号中创建一个私有仓库，在不同设备间同步用户的配置信息，如：
- API信息，如模型列表
- 对话记录、记忆
- 工具的开关情况
- 用户的个性化设置
等内容，在其中一个设备发生更改时同步，打开时自动拉取判断是否发送了变更并覆盖本地配置
