Problem:
In order to provision ROMs the VPD tool is required as found here:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/platform/vpd
Task:
- Add
vpdtool to coreboot container to allow the use of VPD - Allow to add VPD key-value pairs on firmware-action's coreboot builder
