Not able to specify DynamoDb host

**Actual Behaviour**

Should be able to set a host for the dynamodb, but there is no exposed setting.

**Expected Behaviour**

That you can set the host of the dynamodb, this makes it simple to use docker as dev environment

**Steps to reproduce it**

there is no option to set host
