### Describe the bug
idp-logout does not replace {dst} with the redirect destination, and it is instead left in the url. idp-login works right.
### To Reproduce
Use the idp-logout option with a url including {dst}
### Expected behavior
{dst} replaced with the proper redirect
### Server details
* **how you're running copyparty:** docker
* **docker image:** copyparty/ac, v1.19.19
