Follow function improvement

**is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Me and my friend are using this as a replacement for the built in file manager in minecraft server software. We noticed the follow feature and thought "Wouldn't it be cool if we could update things at the same time?"

**Describe the idea / solution you'd like**
I'm not sure if it's doable, this kind of code is honestly WAY over my head, but we thought it would be cool if the follow function also allowed for seeing updates made through copyparty, either from the web or possibly from a mounted drive. I understand this may be outside of the scope of the project, but I think it would be a super cool feature. I can see other use cases where people could use this to work on/fix the same code together simultaneously.

Just uh.... not doing it at the same time. just thought it'd be cool.

essentially a google drive-esque function for editable text-based filetypes in copyparty.
