### Describe the bug
This is full display of Header and Bottom action bar (use desktop mode in mobile browser):
And this is display in normal mobile browser:
Header miss 2 tab.
Bottom action bar miss 2 most left button
### Additional context
Both Header and Bottom action bar should be wrap (display in 2 or more line) or be scrollable (like file list)
