Adding a script to add users to a copyparty config

I have recently made a pure-python script that adds a new user to a copyparty configuration file this script also supports password hashing. Do you think that it's worth contributing to this repo? (If you want to check it out I can send it to you)

EDIT: it's one of my first python scripts and it's still pretty rough so I am open to suggestions
