nbs format transcode

Allow transcoding .nbs files to audio formats like .mp3 so users can preview songs outside of Minecraft or notebot clients.

It's hard to know what an .nbs file sounds like without launching Minecraft or setting up a notebot. People who have libraries of .nbs files for use with notebots can't easily preview them.

A feature that transcodes .nbs files to .mp3 (or similar audio formats), preserving instruments, pitch, tempo, and other relevant playback data. This would let users quickly preview songs without using Minecraft or notebots.**Describe any alternatives you've considered**

I don’t think there are any existing tools that do this in a simple way. Most playback requires Minecraft or special clients.

This would be especially useful for notebot users who manage large .nbs libraries.
