Configuration guide for hashed user-changeable passwords

**is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'm finding it confusing to determine which arguments to provide in the config file to know how to turn on both user-changeable passwords and password-hashing, especially without knowing what the UX change in the browser will look like when changeable passwords are successfully enabled.

**Describe the idea / solution you'd like**
An updated section of the readme describing the exact layout of the config file/options to enable and an image of the UI showing flow of how a user can change their password.
