I would love to be able to upload a file to my server, and generate magnet/.torrent files to share bandwidth with others.
**Describe the idea / solution you'd like**
* Upload file
* Instead of downloading, clicking torrent magnet/torrent file.
This is interesting in situations that files might get lost and allowing for replication during a server outage.
