Media Player Default Options

Hi there,

I've been using copyparty for a while now, my personal setup involves hosting copyparty through Cloudflare quick tunnels and receiving the random link through a separate webserver.
This approach has worked well for me, however something that consistently bugs me is that every time I have to restart the server due to the quick tunnel expiring, my media player settings are reset.

If there was a way to change the default media player options, maybe through the .conf, that would be really helpful.
