Nav bar text overlaps on mobile

### Describe the bug

When in the mobile viewport, in portrait orientation:

The permissions text (Read-Write-Move-Delete) and Logout link move down a line and overlap with other text.

### To Reproduce

Given a device in portrait orientation,

1. Set `rwdm` permissions for the user on a given directory
2. Log in and observe the top of the page

### Expected behavior

There should be no overlap in portrait mode, e.g. by the page simply being longer.

### Screenshots

All the below are Chrome but Firefox is similar.

Using my main theme (no. 8, phi95 dark)

Using the default "classic dark" theme (no. 0):
