Volume normalisation in audio player

I would like for there to be the abiliy to do volume normalisation

A button to toggle volume normalisation

From Wikipedia:
Standardised normalized loudness levels vary by territory and application.

−24 LUFS: ATSC A/85 (US TV), NPRSS,[clarification needed] and PRX radio broadcast
−23 LUFS: EBU R 128 broadcast
−19 to −16 LUFS: PRX podcasts
−14 LUFS: Spotify, YouTube and other streaming platforms
