Add autosave to markdown files on change

**is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to use Copyparty for remote access to Markdown notes (which works really well) however I just lost an entire document due to a power loss that caused my computer to restart.

**Describe the idea / solution you'd like**
Copyparty should have an option to automatically save Markdown files on changes.
