Feature Request: Custom Menu

This is about:
The function is to modify the right-click custom menu through json, and at the same time provide a button to hide the original plug-in menu
Or control the original menu and submenu ordering

**Recommended Reasons**
Because there are too many existing plugins, and there are many plugins that contain duplicate functional plugins, some of them need to be hidden, and each plugin has different functions, but for the parent menu, I think the categories are customized by the author. Naming, there is no good classification of the plugin
It's like a supermarket has a dozen shelves with different products on them, but each shelf has the same product, and the shelves are not placed in the correct classification area.
