2nd chat stuck in previous messages

When you have a lot of messages in the 2nd chat and you scroll up and after scrolling up if you exit the chat with the ESC button it and click T again to open chat the 2nd chat will be stuck where it was left off instead of showing the latest messages like the normal/1st chat, not sure if that's a bug or a feature but it seems more like a bug if it can be fixed or if it's a feature if it can be toggled!

Look for chat UI handling code, likely in a GUI class or chat manager. The issue involves scrolling state persistence across chat sessions; start by finding where the second chat's viewport position is stored and reset. Test by reproducing the bug in-game: open a second chat, scroll up, exit with ESC, reopen, and see if it resets to latest messages.
