Latest 1.16 test build re-adds Notification bug (Toast messages)

**Describe the bug**
The latest build for fabric 1.16.4 (From around 6th december 2020) re-added the Weird Toast messages on startup (Blue toasts showing squares instead of letters)
This was fixed/didn't show up in the previous build.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Use latest 1.16.4 deployment of 5zig
2. Start the fabric profile in MC launcher
3. Observe the issue in loading screen

**Expected behavior**
The toast messages shouldn't show until everything has been fully loaded.
