[Bug]: Bug – Incorrect App Icon

### Issue
Incorrect app icon appears on the device launcher.

### Expected Behavior
Launcher icon matches current branding.

### Acceptance Criteria
- Correct icon displayed on fresh install
- Adaptive icon works on supported devices
- No old cached icon remains

Check the project's pubspec.yaml for the flutter_native_splash or flutter_launcher_icons configuration. Look in the assets or icons directories for the correct and incorrect icon files. Update the configuration to point to the correct branding assets, then run 'flutter pub run flutter_launcher_icons' to regenerate icons and test on a fresh install.
