no-missing-import rule for lit components

Hey all! Are there plans for "no-missing-import"-like rule in order to detect that custom component is actually directly imported in a file? I know there's `ts-lit-plugin` which detects it, but it only works as language service plugin meaning that it gives hints in editor, but not applying rules in build phase with `tsc`. I would appreciate any input on this topic.
