환경변수 다룰때 로그 처리, log 파일 남기기

환경변수를 가져오는 부분에서 로그 처리 하는 부분이 따로없음.
또한 로그를 파일로 남기지않고 console에서 남기고 있음 이를 파일로 남길 수 있게 설정하는 부분이 필요.
