Interactive Mode not Working

### Describe the bug
Whenever I try to run interactive mode a window like this appears on my taskbar.
Whenever I try to click on it, however, nothing happens.
I am wondering whether this is a problem related to OpenGL. I am a complete novice, though. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Environment:
Windows 10
Python 3.8 in a a conda environment (also tried python 3.10 directly on the command line and had the same problem)
FFmpeg installed and added to PATH
