No module named cairo

Hi,
I wanted to try the manim library but I have a few issues that's been bugging me (for 7h straight):
- I've had the hardest time installing manimlib
- I get the 'no module named cairo' error
- if I go through the error by putting aside the "import cairo" line, I get no module named pydub error but when I "pip install" pydub I get "requirement already met"

I'm about to put myself (or my PC) on fire
