[Bug]: Iran regional preset uses wrong GeoFiles on Linux and causes geosite:ir EOF error

OS: Arch Linux x86_64 v2rayN: 7.25.1 Core: Xray 26.7.11

### 预期情况

When the Regional preset is set to Iran, v2rayN should download/use the Iran-specific GeoFiles and Xray should start normally with rules such as: geosite:ir geoip:ir

### 实际情况

When Regional preset = Iran is selected, Xray fails to start because the installed geosite.dat does not contain the required IR rule.

Changing the Regional preset back to Default makes v2rayN start normally.

Manually replacing geosite.dat and geoip.dat with the latest files from Chocolate4U/Iran-v2ray-rules also fixes the problem.

So it appears that the Iran preset is not downloading or replacing the correct GeoFiles on Linux.

### 复现方法

Run v2rayN 7.25.1 on Linux.
Open Regional/Download settings.
Set the regional preset to Iran.
Start a VLESS profile.
Xray fails while parsing geosite:ir.
Change the regional preset to Default.
Start the same profile again.
It works normally.

### 额外信息

The GeoFiles installed by v2rayN were still old:

geoip.dat 17M 2026-08-11
geosite.dat 11M 2026-08-11

After manually installing the latest Iran GeoFiles from:

Chocolate4U/Iran-v2ray-rules

the original geosite:ir configuration worked correctly and Xray returned:

Configuration OK.

This suggests that selecting the Iran regional preset does not correctly update/download the Iran-specific GeoFiles on Linux.
