HK416 Sounds - Indoor shots sounds extremely different

Modpack version: 2.6.2 (without optionals)

**Description**
Sometimes the shots sound as they should, sometimes sound as if the old sounds are being used. They also sound extremely different from each other. I.e. they're much higher pitch than the modded sounds in this compat are.

**Steps to reproduce**
- Grab HK416 D14.5 with SBLR ammo
- Shoot outside, go inside a building and shoot
- See the difference
