[Bug] Charter field will exceed its scope and cover the difficulty/level field

### Describe the bug

When the Charter's name (&des=) is rather long, it will cover the difficulty/level (&lv_*=) field.

### Expected behavior

Charter's name will be shortened, and it will not cover the difficulty/level field.

Look at the UI component that renders the Charter field and difficulty/level field, likely in a XAML or C# view file. Identify the layout container (e.g., Grid, StackPanel) and adjust the text truncation or width properties for the Charter field.
