**Describe the bug**
On touchscreen devices, mod configuration menu cannot be scrolled down.
**To Reproduce**
1. Tap `Mods`.
2. Scroll down. *Menu does not fix to the scroll position*
3. Tap to configure `Life Drain`.
4. Scroll down. *Menu does not fix to the scroll position*
**Expected behavior**
The menu scrolls.
