Layout event

Hi, Is there a way to add `change` events on the Layout Controller?
its because I have to reinstantiate other plugins in the list so that they will work properly.

Determine how to add a 'change' event that triggers when layout changes, and ensure it allows other plugins to be reinstantiated. Test by modifying a layout and verifying plugins respond correctly.
