Problem Description
某一个站 设置了只允许美国IP访问, 但是设置后未生效
我打开全局设置里 看到 提示i:带有【网站】标签的设置，需要在【网站设置】配置生效，全局设置仅为新建网站的默认设置 设置生效需要【全局设置】和【网站设置】的开关同时打开
是不是要全局也打开?
但是我的地区访问限制 只针对某一个站,全局打开了,是不是 也限制了其他网站了, ?
我不理解 为什么必须要开全局,才能设置单个站点,, 全局内容为空又不能开启
必须设置一条规则,但是这个规则是我新网站需要的吗?
这个逻辑有点奇怪 ,
