需求描述，当前我们搭建1panel是作为可靠的生产和测试环境，由于1panel是良好的容器生态，因此我们用户可以预制性能模式，简而言之，就是用户可以最大化支持，多应用模式（用户可全局配置cpus 内存的配置额度）如最大部署模式(0.5系数cpu内存)，均衡模式（0.8系数cpu内存倍数模式），标准模式（1系数cpu内存倍数模式）
或者基于应用，有一个拖拉条，或者缩容对话框，能够优化当前应用的占用，给其他应用腾出资源
当前有cpu的权重，但是没有说明，因此无法很好的理解这个是否和我这个需求相关
请描述你建议的实现方案
方案，在每个应用部署的默认参数0.5，0.8，1，可在设置的参数 配置
