请描述您的需求或者改进建议
目前在 [防火墙]-[IP规则] 的 IP规则列表中，同时展示在这个页面创建的规则和 Fail2Bean 添加的规则
但是只有在这个页面添加的规则才能进行编辑
如果是 Fail2Bean 检测并屏蔽的规则，则无法进行状态切换，点击右侧的编辑和删除也无效
只有在 Fail2Bean 的规则列表里面手动删除才有用
请描述你建议的实现方案
希望能改进这部分
- 在主机-防火墙-IP规则的列表里支持 切换状态，删除 Faile2Bean 添加的屏蔽规则
- 或者，将IP规则列表中 Fail2Bean 添加的规则 相关按钮置灰，并提示去 Fail2Bean 的黑名单那里删除
