Problem Description
在2.2.3版本中，如果在服务器已经拥有专业版许可证并绑定了一个子节点的情况下，进行快照，到另一台服务器同步恢复的过程中，许可证会提示异常，这时既无法编辑删除，也无法重新导入（提示已存在），在许可证点击轮换许可证也是无效的，也没有办法解绑，因为解绑需要进入节点管理页面，但是许可证失效状态下也进不去
Steps to Reproduce
在服务器已经拥有专业版许可证并绑定了一个子节点的情况下，进行快照，到另一台服务器同步恢复的过程中，许可证会提示异常

第一次恢复镜像时并没有能看到报错，但是进入登录后许可证就异常了
