以应用市场为例，进行标签栏切换时，标签栏连同内容区域都会一同刷新，视觉体验相对不友好。
期望进行标签栏切换时点击时，标签栏可以固定，仅刷新内容区域。
类似菜单页面还有：容器管理、工具箱等。期望可以全局优化。
