Please describe your needs or suggestions for improvements
能不能弄一个功能：全局容器同步/使用系统时间/时区啊，不然安装一个应用就得改一下，有一些还要改配置文件，环境变量不支持，太麻烦了，不然容器时间老是与实际时间不符，一堆容器，我还得一个一个去改，直接搞个全局设置不就好了嘛
